WEBPRO have been operating in the digital space for over 20 years, first providing template websites to the financial services industry before growing in a full service digital agency providing template and bespoke websites, online marketing and a range of other online services to a wide range of sectors. We've been doing this for a long time and we are good at what we do!

Do you specialise in working with any specific sectors?

We started out working with financial advisers and mortgage brokers and that is still a large part of our business today. We certainly know the industry extremely well and have great relationships with most of the big financial services networks. However, we do work with a range of other sectors, including estate agents, charities, manufacturers, schools - the list goes on! Ultimately, we can work with businesses within any sector and we have a team with a diverse range of experience to ensure we always put our best foot forward.

Anton, our Managing Director, is generally the first point of contact for new enquiries. He'll discuss your requirements with you and provide recommendations, possibly getting other members of the team involved depending on the complexity of your project. Who will I work with if I decide to place an order with WEBPRO?

Who manages your project depends on the service - template websites are managed by one of our website developers who you will be introduced to during your onboarding meeting, bespoke projects are managed by Kerry who is involved right from the first enquiry, digital marketing projects are managed by Laurence and graphic design projects are managed by Michelle. Most clients have projects spanning different departments - don't worry, there is always a member of the team assigned overall responsibility and our team are in constant communication with one another.

Who do I contact if I need help?

For most issues, the first port of call is Alina who manages our Helpdesk and can be contacted via email (theteam@webprosupport.co.uk). If your query is urgent, it's always good to first send an email and then follow up with a phonecall to 033 33 447 300.
          Alina has been running the department for several years - she has excellent technical knowledge and first-class customer service skills.
